Purchasing Terms

General Terms

• The price for one word is $100, which guarantees your advertising for the period of 10 years (so you are actually paying $10 per year)
• When you purchase a word you do not 'own' any part of this site, but rather you are granted the right to submit a link and a sentence which will be associated with the word you have purchased

The Word

• You cannot alter the word you have purchased, with the exception of removing or adding ‘s’ (plural for nouns)
• One word will lead to only one website

The Link

• Links must be to web pages only and begin with http:// or https://
• Links must be to websites that have an English version
• Links could lead to any website, but I reserve the right to reject a submission if I find the site to be too obscene or offensive (links to adult websites are allowed under specific conditions – see below)
• You cannot change the link once you have submitted it, unless you have resold it (see below, about reselling).
• One website can have only one word pointing to it (a website is considered “different” if it does not duplicate the content of an already linked site)

The Sentence

• The sentence is shown when the user points over the word you have purchased
• The sentence has to contain the word itself
• The maximum length of the sentence is 45 characters (with spaces)
• You are allowed to change the sentence later, if it is required for some reason (there is additional charge of $10)

Payment & Refund

• Money could be send via bank transfer, PayPal, credit card, Western Union or MoneyGram
• Funds must be fully received and cleared before your word is considered purchased and goes live on the site
• If your sentence and link are accepted and published on the site, you cannot get a refund
• If your link is accepted and you later completely change the content of the linked site to show obscene/offensive material then your link will probably be removed, and you will not get a refund
• If for whatever reason in the future you want your sentence and link removed from this site, you can do that, but you will not get a refund and the word will become publically available again
• If your website "disappears" for a period longer than a month you will not get a refund and the word will become publically available again

Reselling

• If you have certain word(s) pointing to your site(s) you are allowed to resell them to a third person keeping 50% of the new sold amount, as your profit
• All original terms and conditions are still applicable for the resell

Adult content (erotic, pornographic, gambling, etc.) websites

• You are allowed to link to adult websites but before the user reaches your website he will see a notification about the content he is about to access and he needs to declare his legal age
• You will be informed when you send your order if your website falls in that category

Additional Terms

• You must have the authority to provide the sentence and the link for the website you are submitting (you are either the owner of the site or you are in charge of the website marketing)
• I will attempt to provide maximum uptime (99.9%), but please be aware that there could be downtime for site maintenance
• Once you have ordered and the funds have cleared, I will aim to get your info online within 24-48 hours
• You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a word
